No app required if you choose email codes. For your protection, the Vault signs itself out automatically after sixty minutes of inactivity.

Folders, files, and a search bar that finds what you need in seconds. Click a document to preview it instantly — PDFs, images, audio, video, even plain text — no download required. Delete something by mistake? It goes to Trash first, never gone right away. Every byte is encrypted, in transit and at rest.
Send a file out — on your terms.
Generate a secure link in seconds. Add a password, an expiry date, and a limit on how many times it can be downloaded. Email it yourself, or let Apheta Vault send it for you — and if you'd rather it arrive from your own address instead of ours, connect your own outgoing mail once in Settings.
Some documents need a signature, not just a download.
A Financial Fact Sheet or a HIPAA Authorization arrives by email — fill it in and sign with a mouse, a trackpad, or a finger on a phone. Submit, and a signed PDF lands back in your Vault automatically. Every form's status is tracked in real time: sent, opened, signed.
